 Commercial Licence Q&A

I am a Small Shop that hand makes clothing, bows, water bottles, etc. Do I need a commercial license? 

- No you do not need a commercial license if you are hand making clothing / products on a small scale (Less than 50 items (hand made) per design).

Do I need a commercial license to wholesale products?

- Yes, if you are mass producing (50 or more items per design, not hand made by yourself includes POD like printify, printful, printedmint, etc). You must buy a commercial license for each print used.

How long does the license last?

- The license/s expires after one year from your purchase date. You will renew yearly to have continued permissions of my designs. If you choose not to renew after the one year mark, simply remove my designs (products with my design/s used). 

I sell Fabric, Leather, Sublimation Transfer do I need a commercial license?

- Yes you will need to purchase a commercial license for each file printed, or the whole shop commercial license, if you intend to sell any amount of these items. 

 

The following is prohibited under all licenses:

 Claiming this design or any part of it as your own

 Re-selling, licensing, adding in your own elements or redistributing the original digital files

 Changing or altering file/design in anyway

 Creating and selling new seamless patterns, clipart, digital paper or scrapbook paper using any of my graphics/patterns

 Using this pattern as-is to sell on any print-on-demand websites (such as Spoonflower, Redbubble, Society6, Threadless etc). With appropriate licensing you can purchase fabric from a vender like spoonflower to use for clothing, or sale yards etc.
